The moderator is on the money year and print count are bare bone info. On these older presses no print counter exists.
A good close up of the start switch will be a clue to the print count, no paint or stencil on the cover plate for the switches is makes me tend to think "a lot of prints" on the old girl. Lots of paint and the stencil is intact, not so many prints. Another good clue is an assortment of Kip knobs, if they all match they probably are from the factory. An assortment means they have been replaced, a heavy assortment means they have been replaced a bunch of times (heavy use).
Not gospel but my experience.
