This machine originally was in a very low use environment and has just been completely refurbished by an embroidery technician with 25+ years experience. I just sewed out a 45,000 stitch design on all 6 heads without a thread break! I am very happy with my work on this Happy. This is a production machine and is very well suited and ready for 24-7 heavy use.

The machine has been completely refurbished. This includes completely timing the machine (ND, NH). As well as adjusting, oiling, and greasing the XY pantograph, color change, and other assemblies. Thread cutters, pickers, upper and bottom tensions, checkspring, thread breakage detectors, encoders, stop position sensor, main belt, gears, take-up levers and drivers have been checked, adjusted, and lubricated properly. Many rubber cushions, springs, o-rings, pantograph rollers, presser feet, corresponding rubber, and other wearable have been checked and/or replaced.

I upgraded the machine to rotary style thread break detectors. The rotary style detectors are superior because they stop immediately for a thread break as well as immediately when the bobbin runs out of thread.

All 6 Rotary hooks, all 6 lower shaft gears, all knives, and all rubber pieces (needle driver block as well as presser feet) are shiny, brand, spanking new. Come see for yourself! Machine is located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Machine also comes with 55+ colors of Isacord polyester thread (6 of each). Most are unopened and still in their plastic. There are 300-350 cones – not spools, cones of Isacord thread. This alone retails for well over a couple thousand dollars.

The warranty depends on where you are located. I generally put a 6 month warranty on all of my refurbished machines. If you live in another country, a six month on-site warranty is nearly impossible to offer. If you live, let’s say….100 miles from me, a full six month on-site warranty is included with the machine. If you live across the street from me (and bring over home baked cookies every once in a while), I just might warranty the machine for life - who knows.
