$15/hr minimum wage
So part of the Seattle, WA area voted to increase their city's minimum wage to $15 per hour. (

What do you think of this citizen approved mandate?
Do you typically pay more than this anyway for your shop workers?

Most day labor in my shops makes $10 But i won't let most of them use power tools
