Default $15/hr minimum wage

So part of the Seattle, WA area voted to increase their city's minimum wage to $15 per hour. ( http://money.msn.com/investing/post-...wage-in-the-us )

What do you think of this citizen approved mandate?

Do you typically pay more than this anyway for your shop workers?
