I have a 1997 M&R Gauntlet 6/8S for sale - $6500
Includes a set of 8 adult pallets (mix of Action Engineering and M&R)
includes 8 flood bars
includes 8 squeegee holders with new triple durometer rubber. Action Engineering style squeegee holders that are split which make it easy to change the rubber.

When we installed the press in January we used a tech from Graphic Solutions to level and adjust the press. The previous owner used GSG to maintain his M&R Presses, so this machine has been serviced regularly. The press has very tight registration.

Air screen clamps.
Manual flood/squeegee clamps. A set of 24 are included.

Press is broken down and ready to be moved.

There are some assorted spare parts that come with the press, including a spare index cylinder/valve assembly.

The flash unit that is seen in the video and pictures is being sold separately.

After talking to a few interested parties I am willing to crate and ship this press.

Crating Labor is $300 and Materials are $700 to build 3 crates.
Crate 1 will contain the indexer and arms and is approximately 1,000 pounds.
Crates 2 and 3 will contain the heads (3 each) pallets.
It might wind up being 4 crates and I won't know until we actually go to crate it.

Pickup with a box truck is greatly preferred.

Impressions are 1.4 Million according to the machine. I believe this to be accurate and do not believe it can be reset or cleared on this computer. That is an average of 70,000 per year or about 1346 per week. Fairly light usage.

All of the stroke bumpers were replaced with M&R parts when we installed it and a couple of switches were flaky so we replaced them as well.

I looked on the paperwork from when the technician helped us set it up. The max variance on all 8 pallets was 2.5 on the paperwork. I believe this is .0025" on a micrometer/indicator, but can't confirm. I do know that we have the steel registration arm for this press and the technician brought out a swing gauge that was machined. One part of it touches the registration bearing and the other part is read with a dial indicator.

I had the technician set the off-contact, level the pallets, and level the printheads to ensure that we could do quality work with this press. While I could have done this, I wanted someone experienced and factory trained to set the press up so I could focus on other things.
