Urgent Assistance Needed, Machine Down.

BAS 423 (1994) with error code:

N_CASE POS. ERROR, SET NC IN ORDER

I've tried:

OFF/ON, Turn Pulley Wheel, START, but wheel won't turn more than an inch in either direction.

Same when I tried: OFF/ON, Clear, or End, etc. Wheel just doesn't want to rotate, I'm afraid to use force, appears locked.

No trouble shooting data anywhere on line for this Error available. Brother has info/manuals to download, nothing references this NC POS Error.

Does anybody know how to Clear Error Code: N_CASE POS. ERROR, SET NC IN ORDER on a BAS 423 (1994).

Pulley Wheel will not rotate more than an inch in either direction, OFF/ON, START and/or CLEAR, END does not clear error.

Assistance needed, no reference for this error on the Brother Site in Manuals and/or other trouble shooting data available for download.
