From the well branded SWF brand. This Wide Sewing Field 'Stretch' model embroidery machine barely ran and performs great. Has automatic thread break sensor,automatic thread trimmers and color change.

Head Four breaks the thread. A simple tensioning of the bobbin will correct that.

Update
We just had our tech correct the issue with head 4 bobbin which turned out to be a simple burr. He also ran through the timing-now all heads function perfectly. Thanks for all the interest!
