When was the last time it ran? What year? What's needed as far as you know? Video? Is $3000 your bottom dollar?

What's meant by a tune up?

It was running with the previous owner. Would need some of the air cylinders on 2 heads. I'll take $2,500 as it is right now. Ill be working on putting it together and cleaning it up this weekend. Then going to change the listing to $3,500.
