The owner wants to avoid having to move it.

It has all of the cap frames and attachments. Also has a ton of hoops.

It is located 10 miles north of San Francisco.

It is going to be moved at the end of the month-- 18 miles south of Santa Rosa, CA. The price could go up again after it is moved.
