The RhAT tool sets allow you to easily set and adjust the Rotary Hook Timing and also adjust the gap between the scarf of the needle and the tip of the Rotary Hooks on commercial embroidery machines.

To use the original RhAT tools, you must be able to rotate the main shaft to it's setting position with the needle bar disengaged and able to be lowered manually. This may be as simple as turning off the power to a sewing head. Machines that have a mechanical lever to disengage the reciprocator are very simple.

We have had a number of requests for a tool set that will work on machines that do not have a mechanical or electrical disconnect of the needle bar from the main shaft. A second set of tools is in the prototype/testing phase which will work with machines that do not have a way to disengage the needle bars from main shaft.
