hi, i have a phoenix 300 dryer,the conveyor stopped working,motor works but was told the speed board had tobe repalced.($350),is it worth it to replace or can i direct wire with a different switch.Any suggestions would be great thanks,

heavy duty rheostat. Hard part you have to jump wires to trick your heater(I had someone do it on an AMERICAN)
