This unit was $15,700 new. We ran it for a about a year and printed fine but we ended moving our business in a different direction. The printer was left unmaintained for several months. The two print heads became clogged. We installed refurbished print heads but never could get the ink flowing again. The good news is the heads are new and have never had ink in them. The bad news is the ink does not seem to flow. We are not willing to invest any more time in repairing the machine and need the space desperately. We have all the maintenance supplies, original paperwork and manuals. Cap, youth, etc. all attachments available at the time. I have heard there are people who can repair this machine but have not spent any time researching. I consider this a complete loss but would like receive something for the unit.
