The Anatol Solutions of screen printing electric dryers are ideal. The Solutions series dryers are perfect for textile printers looking for an efficient and affordable complement to their output demands. Being sold is a Anatol Solution 36 inch belt electric dryer. It has everything you need to be a sucessful printer. This conveyor dryer was very easy to operate. We were able to successfully dry and cure items, screen printed with both Plastisol, as well as water based inks with no problem. The screen printed items included: Very lightweight to heavyweight cotton and Poly-Cotton blended T's, Fleece Hoodies, Sweatpants, Shorts, Tanks, Jerseys, Knit Hats, Towels, Blankets, Polos, Canvas Banners, and a whole bunch of more items. it does it all.
The temperature and speed controls work great and may vary, depending on the material you're printing on. We randomly throughout the year will wash test clothing samples, to make sure each run was being properly cured and report great success with this dryer.
This is a very high-quality Conveyor Dryer and is capable of accommodating a very high volume of units; 400-500 pieces per hour, so it enabled us to immediately grow our business, thus paying for itself very quickly after only a couple of jobs.
We added a extension on each end and that enabled us to load more items, move a lot faster, and speed up the production process. By doing that, makes a huge difference in our production. We added 2'6" on both sides to make it a over all 16'. The origional dryer was only 11'. It also has a 36" wide belt too. If for some reason you dont want the extensions on there, then you can just take them off.
The condition of the dryer is in good shape. We had it for 7 years so there is some wear and tear on the outside of the dryer. The core of the dryer is in great shape and it will definitely do whatever job you need it to do. Anatol is a very dependable dryer and it should last you a long time. The reason why we are getting rid of the dryer is because we are upgrading to a bigger one since our business is getting bigger and bigger. We knew we were going to sell it so we just put in a new Drive Belt, Temp Control Board, Themo Cupler, and 4 Elements. Whoever buys this dryer should be able to use it for a long time without any problems. I promise you are getting a great deal and i wouldnt pass it up.
