Any one using this? TAJIMA DG16 by Pulse

Please advise if anyone is using this or is everyone using Wilcom? The TAJIMA DG16 by Pulse software looks OK so far but I am just learning and it does seem to have some bugs! I am accustom to software bugs in my sign making software's I have used and know that limited distributed software is not perfect! Looking for an opinion or if I should abandon and learn Wilcom? Any one a FAN of this software? Please advise!

Pulse is, in my opinion, the best embroidery software, especially for those who have Tajima machines.
Recently Pulse Microsystems was bought by Tajima and is now called Tajima Software Solutions Inc.
You have no reason to abandon him!
If it is licensed and you have problems, contact your local distributor or TSS.
If it's piracy...............

Noted! Any other users using pulse and offering digitizing services that will provide me with "working" files that I can see example settings to learn would be greatly appreciated! Samples for hats and shirts alike! I want the .PXF files from Pulse DG16! I do own the program licensed and I am watching the videos but I learn better by doing and taking apart the work! Thank you for any assistance! Also can use a good Hat digitizer willing to send the .PXF file as well as .DST after digitizing my jobs!
