Default Any owners of a TajimaTFMX-C1501 or Barudan V Series C01

Hello, I am looking to add either a Tajima TFMX-C1501 or a Barudan V Series C01 machine to our business. I would like to hear from anybody who has used or purchased these machines. I need info about preferences of which machine works best...although I am sure both machines are good quality. I also would like info about service, training or software experiences you might wish to share with me.

We started doing small embroideries with a Husqvarna 1+ in 1995 then moved up to a Baby Lock EMP 6 in 2005. I haven't used the Baby Lock much until recently due to my eyes being bad. I just don't think I can live with the 6 needle machine anymore. It never fails my designs have 7 to 11 colors so the 15 needle machine would be a blessing.

The larger sewing field is also important as I wish to design large jacket backs for Hot Rodders.

Please also give me opinions on Digitizing software and training offered as I have been using Inspira Auto Digitizing and Husqvarna 3d embroidery studio. I need to bite the bullet and purchase quality software and learn to digitize properly so I will benefit fully from a quality 15 needle machine.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Call Dean, The Embroidery Doctor. He is an independant tech right in your area. Dean is a bit busy. He is definitely an honest, good guy and he knows embroidery. An independant tech is your most unbiased source of info. I am a tech in Florida.

I assume you mean TMFX-C1501. Both machines are very good choices. The Barudan reciprocator is a bit stronger. Wilcom is your best choice for software.

Here's his e-mail address.

well I run 3 tmex-c1501 (my sample and small order machines) no problems out of them
just when you crash one (usally a new operator) you will tear the recipcater out of it but that is likely with any 1 head machine
