Did you say I called Dave McClain an ***hole? That's outrageous.

I am sorry your deal was not as expected. We did notify you you of the lead time in advance. We started quoting you prices and specifics on November 12th, you finally ordered the merchandise on November 29th (uh that 17 days). Half of our staff left that day for California of a two week project. Our customer service told you at that point, the lead time would be out at least 3-4 weeks. With the holidays we were a few days late. I believe you overreacted..... period.

Did you say I called Dave McClain an ***hole? That's outrageous.

Everyone of us tries our best to satisfy the customer and their needs, some people feel they need the deal of the century on used equipment and it must be delivered the next day FED EX priority with us paying the freight. Sorry we didn't deliver to your expectations.

No I really blew it. I misspelled Dave's last name. It's McLain, his attorney has already contacted me.

Sorry things didn't work out better this time Mike. You are right we have dealt in the past with good results.

You were quoted "used pallets" on November 14th, by the time you paid (November 28th) the ones you were quoted, had sold. What we had left remaining in inventory were sporting bad rubber tops. We re-covered these and shipped pallets with new rubber for $15.00 each, you agreed to this price increase (and the new rubber) with the additional lead time. With the new rubber these were essentially new pallets (10" x 22") for $85.00 each. Today these are $165.00 each new from M&R.

I think we are a more than fair deal, even if a few days late.
