Re: Anybody in forum familiar with DAHAO controllers
Hello Thanks for your reply.
I have a BECS119 controller which lost memory and I was told to replace battery to get it back up and running. Replaced battery and noticed all parameters were not properly set. I had to set them up one by one. I finally had my embroidery head running but my chenille head wont trim neither move needle bar. All other functions work just fine. When trying to see why these two functions were not performing I followed where these 2 step motors were connected to and found that they are connected to a board E924D which is the chenille board head. Machine has 2 of these cards and these 2 motors are connected exactly to the same connector on each card. I wonder if there is a setup procedure to reset these boards.
The color change motor, the tension release motor and D axes motors are connected to these boards and are working fine. The main shaft motor is also working fine.
Im stuck because machine wont sew.
