The light for the “Pause” is blinking and I can’t print anything!!!!! I tried to do a test print and that didn’t work either. I know I’m out of one color only so it should print other colors even if the print doesn’t look right, but that doesn’t work also. Before one of the cartridges ran out everything was working fine. Maybe I did some damage to the printer somehow I don’t know and I have not done anything to it that would indicate that I did. I would appreciate any suggestions! I already ordered replacement cartridges but it won’t be here for a couple of days.
When you are doing a test print your cartridges must not be empty and so all your cartridges should be present, meaning, all four cartridges must be loaded and each cartridge has ink in it. If you just want to print black then all other colors except black of course could be empty. So try printing a black only image and see, but before you do hold the Reset button down for around 5 seconds making sure all lights flash.
