Art Department Director-Lake of the Ozarks

Growing local and national resort apparel brand looking for an experienced art director to lead our in-house and contract art staff. This is a small but growing operation that is located in beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. We are close to the University of Missouri, Kansas City, and St. Louis, and have nationally recognized public schools.

What this position requires:
- Develop and create product designs in conjunction with brand managers
- Develop specific art designs per client specifications
- Ability to separate and digitize art for screen print, DTG, embroidery, and sublimation decoration
- Create files for art approval and marketing purposes
- Coordinate art department responsibilities including production and sales driven activities
- Be proficient in Adobe suite, Corel, and separation software
- Ability and willingness to work overtime during peal seasonal demands (up to 10 hours weekly fully compensated as required by law)
- Degree not required by experience in the above skill sets as related to our activities is a must
