asc365 6 color press

I made a big MISTAKE and bought a 6 color press from asc365 on ebay, it looked like a descent press and short money, boy do I regret it now I cant even print white ink on a black shirt with a flash in between because it doesn't hold registration, also the platen's move downward when printing the press is only about 3 feet tall I had to build a box to put it on my question is does anyone have one which they modified that could help me out because this press is good for a one color with six heads at best and I'm being nice dont buy this machine it's not worth the aggrevation or money.
