LIGHTS:The (8) F589T12 high output blacklight bulbs are 38 watts each. A specially designed reflector is mounted below the bulbs to capture the low angle light rays and redirect them upward. The (2) F20T12/Cool White bulbs are available to use when inspecting screens for imperfections.
TIMER: The 2331 comes complete with a Digital Timer. The timer is capable of measuring time in increments of hours or minutes or as small as 1/10th of a second to achieve maximum quality with today's faster higher resolutions.
VACUUM: A high pressure vacuum pump is mounted on the outside of the 2331 cabinet. This pump draws the blanket material down quickly to the glass and securely around the screen. The 3/16" thick neoprene blanket material is air-tight. A polyester fabric lines the top of the blanket material to help prevent wear and tear. The opposite side of the blanket is very flexible. This flexibility allows the blanket material to conform to all screens.
