"Auto Fabric" setting in Wilcom?

I'll be doing a lot of performance wear down here in the SW and wondering if any of our Wilcom users out there have generated what they feel is a good performance wear "auto fabric" setting that they use. If not, what settings do you use built into the software - pique, etc? Thanks in advance!!
