We have a Baby lock EMP6 and we are having a issue with a larger pattern.
The issue is that it is leaving a area without stitches (see attached pictures)
As mentioned it is a larger pattern the area of missing stitches is right wear the machine starts and stops.
(i.e the machine does not start at the A and work left to right to finish.
It stars at the A and stitches 80% of the letter it then picks up and mores all the way to the right and starts the X does most of it then picks up again and does the middle letters.
The defects show in the pictures occur where the machine starts and stops.
Can some explain why/how this is happening And the best solution
