it could be:
You are printing at 45 or 90 degrees?
You are printing too high a halftone for that printer?
Your printer is banding?
Any thoughts?

If it's a laser printer it could be the cogs driving the film?
Does it happen on plain paper?
Can you change the 45 to 22?
