2008 Barudan 6 head BEVY Z 1506. 15 needle 6 head that has been completely refurbished by current Barudan certified technicians

Machine has been reconditioned from top to bottom with no cost spared to bring machine up to like new condition. If this was a car it would be considered a factory certified pre owned.

Machine has been stripped, cleaned, reassembled and adjusted to Barudan’s factory settings

The following items have been replaced with all Barudan OEM parts.

All knifes including movable and fixed, lower thread support, trimmer guard, wave washer and needle plate cap inserts.

New presser foot cushions, rotary hooks, bobbin cases. All internal wear items including upper stopper rollers, needle bar stocker, needle bar driver stoppers, oil holder felts, rotary hook covers.

Tension bases completely disassembled and have had all springs and felt replaced to include upper tension springs, main tension springs, check springs, green and white tension assembly felts and upper tension base felts.

All plastic sewing head covers including in between covers, new cylinder bed covers.

Old style fluorescent lights have been converted to new brighter LED’s.

New USB drive installed.

Cap Drivers have been reworked and adjusted and all necessary parts replaced.

Comes with 4 sets of hoops and 12 cap frames, cap drivers and loading device. Books and tool box.

Machine was sold new and installed in August 2009.

Machine has been test sewn on both flat goods and caps using Richardson 112 hats and is ready to start production tomorrow. Located in North West metro Atlanta Georgia. You are welcomed to view machines running by appointment.
