I have the Barudan Single Head 15 needle machine. BEVT Series Elite Pro. I purchased this machine about 6 months ago. It was very easy for me to learn how to use it, and my work comes out gorgeous for a beginner. I use Wilcom digitizing software and that is also a gem, expensive but a gem. I have been doing digitizing for years as I am a graphic artist, but this is the first time I am doing retail embroidery. I also have a Barudan Chenille machine. The one thing I must say is no matter what company you go with you will always have problems with Tech support. You have to call Barudan then they will call you back. My expierence on that shows it takes about 1-3 hours for them to call you back sometimes the next day. That got frustrating at first, but now I havent called them in a long time.
