barudan bensme-zn help please

we have a barudan bensme 12 headle 9 needle machine. we have the american advantage cap frames with the machine. i keep to be getting a problem with the machine.

we are currently using the machine to do 3d embroidery and it comes out fantastic on some jobs, however on some its not so good. this also goes for when doing normal embroidery on caps. what is happening is that when it embroiders near the top of the cap the stitching goes thin for some reason. all our logos are 60mm in height or less.

could someone point me in the right direction please. we have an order of 200+ caps to do

there's stress on the cap at the top and even though the frame is moving the caps movement is restricted there decreasing the width or height of the stitching
