Barudan BEVT Needle Change problems

Good Afternoon All,

I had my Barudan implode the other day. I ordered some parts, Take up Levers and take up Cam.

Im really good at taking things apart not so good at putting them back together...

Its mostly together but the needle change jumps 4 or 5 spots when Im only wanting it to jump 1 spot.

It happens both on the single movement button and when I use the other option.

Ive had to reorder the potentiometer also, it was in pieces internally. . I found one locally but the shaft is the wrong size so its not hooked up. Im able to spin it manually to match the needle.

Any words of wisdom will be appreciated.
