barudan machine help please

at my work we have a barudan 6 head bevy series machine. i am no professional embroiderer so when this machine breaks down im not familiar on how to fix it. right now heads 1, 2, and 3 are all breaking needles right before it trims. im not sure why its doing this. i have adjusted the hook timing but the problem is still there. can anyone give me some pointers on how to fix this problem?

There is many things that results to needle breaking
Is the machine fully lubricated
Hook Timing
Are you having Bird Nest
Upper and Bobbin Tension
Check the hook place, it should be smooth
Also Check if you are inserting needle correctly, also you the the yellow screwdriver to fully screw the needle.

If any of this doesn't help. I would recommend a calling Barudan Tech
