Barudan Needle Break- Bexy

Hello I'm new to this thread but i would like to know what causes needle Break

I have a 4 head machine(bought in 2014), and in 3 years, it had broken more than 60 Titanium needles, and I don't run the machine all the time. Sometimes in 1 week, I had 10 needles break.

The hook timing is Perfect, but i don't know what causing needles to break
Please Help Me.

Is your moving knife home position set correctly, ( most barudan knife arms should be at 22mm from the arm of the machine after you have removed the needle plate.
is the needle entering the centre of the needle hole ? Turn the machine ver by hand and watch it as it enters the hole, also graphic the head on either said and rock it from left to right and in and out , should be no movement.

This is a simple repair. Like onet said, take the needle plate off and look at the black arm that connects to the trimmer for reference. Put the needle plate back on and make sure the round "pin" on the arm falls within the center of the hole in the plate. If it doesn't go behind the machine and remove the silver cover. There will be a allen head bolt through the slide that looks like a fork. That piece moves back and forth pushing and pulling the trimmer. You will need to adjust the arm if the "pin" is not in the right location contacting the trimmer in the needle plate. If you can't follow this call Barudan directly and leave a message for a phone tech.
