Barudan TES upgrade

Bought a small embroidery shop. They were digitizing using TES by Barudan but the computer is 10+ years old (Windows Vista). Would like to upgrade computer and the digitizing software if possible. Have the dongle and original documentation/disks.

Has anyone upgraded TES from version 2 to 3? Will I be eligible for an upgrade since I am not the original owner? Any idea how much an upgrade of this sort should cost?

Any info would be helpful. Would like to know what to expect before making the call.

I am almost positive Barudan stopped upgrades from TES Version 2 years ago. But your best bet would be simply to call them and find out your options.
