BN-20 opinions? comparable product for sale?

Hi all,

I haven't done much posting on here so I apologize in advance if this isn't the place to start this sort of conversation...

Anyone have one of those new BN-20 printer cutters for sale "used" yet?

Anyone have an opinion on those machines? It seems pretty cool...

We are looking to get a printer cutter set up ASAP. I am used to getting digital printed and then laminated stickers but these BN-20 machines say that they are fine without lam...is this true? If just printing small stickers for handing out do they feel to thin without lam?

We would be happy with a larger machine but this 20" to 24" range can work for us. If anyone has any good set ups for sale (larger or smaller as long as price is good and stuff all works). We would like to purchase from someone with a transferable software package, printer cutter combo (or separate), and also laminator. We can also purchase from separate parties if the price is right but it would be great to get a full set up that we knew all worked nicely together from one person.

Our PC-12 is fine but sort of slow at cutting and gets off track when we try to do longer length stickers cuts.

The BN-20 is a nice piece of equipment. A worthy addition to any shop that has a need for it.

If all you are doing are small jobs, and car magnets, then this would be the one to get, but if you plan on growing and doing larger things, then i would go with something larger now, than pay cash out now for this, then a few months down, put some more cash into a larger printer.

I have a small specialty market that sometimes ties up my larger printer. So i went and ordered me one of these BN-20's. They are not available everywhere, but they will be soon. They are really nice machines, and for the print out size compared to other ones that are smaller is really great and priced just right. I seen other ones that only print 13" across and they go for 6 to 7k. This one at 8k and it prints out 20 inches across is great.

It's going to be really hard to find a used one right now being that it is so new. Only been out about 2 months or less.

Now, i do happen to have a Daige 54" cold laminator that i am selling. PM me if you are interested. I am in Houston, TX. Either you would have to come get it, or i can crate it and ship it, but that would be a bit costly, but not impossible.
