Hello Everybody
I would like to know from you guys which company produces/Sells the Best Bobbin Case.

I try to get the perfect bobbin through Towa Bobbin Case tension Gauge, but even though i try tension through that, It would jump from 150 to 250 in one spin

Please Help

Also This is what bobbin case tension gauge is

What kind of bobbins are you using? It could not be your bobbin case.

I'm using Towa bobbin case.
But the tension is not good, even though I have cleaned it out(multiple times)

Is it sewing badly? This reminds me of ONE USE kitchen gadgets... to slice an egg for example. not needed if you have a knife.

I just put the bobbin in the case... hold the thread in my right hand and bob it up and down with my left hand available to catch the case. based on speed of descent I know which way to adjust the screw. Do not need a fancy machine to do that.... and if the embroidery is coming out fine I do not even do that test.

IF the embroidery IS coming out badly then I adjust in real time.. either bobbin or top thread tensions..

Sorry just a bit confused about why the numbers matter so much? that is ONLY the bobbin do you have another special tool for the top thread tension? it is a marriage.

please advise. thanks!

if your bobbin case is completely new (and you are sure the problem comes from the bobbin case), embroider with it for several hours and check the tension once more. it happens that new cases makes some problems, but they work fine after few hours or embroidering and this "jumping" stops.

if nothing helps, buy KOBAN or HIROSE bobbin case and stay away from chinese products. take care that you buy original Koban or Hirose, not chinese copy.

Well I knew that Towa was one of the Best Brands, But didn't know there was any better.
The reason I use Towa Tension Gauge, is because I don't want to guess the tension. For the Top Tension, I use H Test, to estimate the tension. I have tried Tajima Top Tension Gauge, But I don't see it fully working from my part.

The reason I don't like the Towa Bobbin Case is because There a jump in bobbin thread when I look at the Stabilizer. It's like this bobbin case just become loose for a second then tightens up.

But I will check on Koban and Hirose

Thanks You Guys
