Need To Know Buyer Decision / Deal Maker/Breaker Info Needed:

1. What Year, if unknown, what's Serial / Model Number?
Brother has record of the year each machine is manufactured based on Serial / Model Number embedded on the metal Tag, reference Tag on side of the middle head?

2. Are all original owner / operator / maintenance manuals included with sale?

3.What size and quanity of each style hoop(s) are included?

4. Any cap drivers included?
If yes, quantity of Drivers and Cap Hoops, the Brand / Style of Cap Hoops beneficial to know as well as maximum sew out field one can perform using your caps hoops.

5. Where is machine located.
What are time/dates machine be test drove/sewn or do you have a U Tube video Link of same?

6.Will you prep for shipping if Buyer pays Carrier Cost?
If yes, what will you charge for your service in addition to sale of machine?

7. What date was machine last maintained/serviced by a licensed Service Tech?

8. Please provide Licensed Service Tech's contact info as well as your service invoice number so Tech can recall service call / machine.

9. Is machine PC Direct Connect Ready with Cable included and will you provide software the free download on CD for the end user to upload and use machine as direct connect on their PC instead of them having to use Control Panel and a Floppy Disks to upload their designs?

10. Is machine currently used in daily production shop? If no, how long has it been idle, what is average production useage history of machine over the years?

11. Any issues with machine other than Cosmetic?

12. Any other accessories, spare parts, tool kit, etc. included with sale?

13. What are machine Dimensions: Floor Space required, Height, Width, Depth (need to know info, larger than average machine), Buyer needs to know if it will fit in space available, fit through the door, etc.

14. Is machine on wheels?
Please post responses, ood to know decision making info that any Buyer needs to know prior to purchasing. Thank you!

When Decision Making info is posted, please post asking price.

Unable to determine if a asking price is Market vaule without knowing all the good to know Buying Decision variables.

Forgot to ask, do you offer any warranty?

Seller in LA....but is Machine?

I'd consider buying another BAS 423, but wouldn't unless Seller responded in writing to Pre Sale "Buying Decision Questions".

IF Q & A known, my initial phone contact would be an Offer, verbal contact leaves much room for error.

No matter where machine is located, it can be shipped, crated, Common Carrier, but Seller has to be willing to do same. Is He/She? And what would they charge?

Have purchased several Multi-head machines via the internet.......Questions Asked are NEED to KNOW, GET IN WRITING up front.
Answers allows Buyer to do their homework pre-sale before verbal with Seller.
When Buyer contacts Seller, they're prepared to make an offer.

Plus it's Faster to Post Q's, less chance of forgetting what I need to know.

Written Q's asked at my convenience, can do so 24/7.
In this case, asked via Post and Send Messages, did not get a reply, I moved On!

I don't care to be put on somebody's Sales Lead List, Been There Done That.

If Seller not willing to put what I need to know in writing, I move on!

Don't you agree written A's to Q's asked Pre Sale is better for both Parties, Seller will only get SERIOUS responses after Buyer has done their homework.

Don't know why you care, but here's my reply..................and..........So!
