Default Brother BAS-410 Overload Error

Hi, I'm needing to know if anyone has encountered this error and what needs to be done.

My tech has replaced fuses, capacitor and filter and then the Motor Board.

I can start the machine, load the design and it all sounds good UNTIL it's time to sew, then it makes a thump. It makes the same noise if you just do a manual thread trim as well...anyone else familiar with this.

I appreciate any input.

I'm not familiar with Brother machines or this particular error but could it possibly be a memory overload?
