Yes, White or light shirts only. This machine does not print dark ink.
However, with the purchase, I'll include our "secret sauce"...a pretreatment we have been using for years for 100% polyester garments (and you can buy it for less than $5.00 per bottle).

Still have the machine....you will want this in the spring when t shirt season hits! If anyone is interested I'll trade toward a 2005 or newer Barudan 1-6 head embroidery machine.
If you are printing just black you can actually do some reds and blues. If you are printing color , best to stay with light grey, light blue, tan, etc.
We're rolling out a new customer program this week and I need this printer gone. It still prints great, but we just don't use it enough. $4500 or best offer.
