Brother Innovis 4000D + upgrade package

Hi Everyone - thank you for taking a look.

This machine and all it's whistles was purchased new by my Mother. She passed away in September of 2008, it's been boxed in storage since she passed away. I don't believe she used it but a handful of times before she passed. I personally don't know much about the machine aside from what I've read about it online.. with that said, I will do my best to explain what all I have here. I will try to answer any and all questions about it.

From what I can tell from going through everything - the machine is in it's original box, we have a huge hard plastic case that has hoops (again, not sure if that came with the machine or if she bought it separate to go with it, they definitely go with the machine), the upgrade for the machine (still in the box - original wrapping intact), several embroidery design card packages (Disney Cars 2, Tinkerbell, Disney Princesses, Brother #45, and #65), 60+ pacesetter embroidery threads on a thread display rack with 60 holder spots.
