Yeah, I checked with Jeff, and the reason why I've never heard of it is because nobody ever talked to me about it. Jeff told you that he'd like the roller master to make the deal happen but nobody (you) ever mentioned it to me, so how am I responsible for a rumor I knew nothing about? You and Jeff talked about it, so what, how is that a rumor and how am I involved in this in a negative manner?

He did go to the factory to try to convince them he should do US sales, twice I believe. According to him "they didn't want to make changes to the machine to make it successful here in the US market". I would say they just knew better.

Maybe your attorney didn't do their research, rumor has it Barnes also has a royalty agreement in place with Workhorse until the end of Q2 2013, wonder where that money goes each month?
