Check References watch the postings regarding seller feedback! You have the great tool of the internet and message boards, be confortable with who you are dealing with, if the feedback is bad , then pass on the "deal of a lifetime".
Getting duped is the fault of both parties. It is your money, do your due diligence. You wouldn't buy a car without driving or seeing it. Call your suppliers, competitors and friends.
Why buy a machine from behind your desk. Check the seller and the equipment out. GO LOOK!
ASK THE BOARD FOR FEEDBACK, YOU WILL GET ANSWERS.
