As you can see the press was advertised with 3 sets of pallets, flood bars, and squeegees. Upon picking up the press which we incured a whole new set of problems which I will save for another day, we not only didn't receive everything but NOT EVEN A COMPLETE SET of flood bars and squeegees. We only received 2 sets of pallets and were promised everything else. For nearly 3 weeks Jeff pretended he would be sending these missing parts to our press(in which we had to fix many many items that were poorly advertised). Excuses like it's on the shipping truck, I'm trying to locate the youth pallets, I have been sick, etc etc etc. This man has avoided each and every call for the last month, he has even accidently called us without knowning so we know he is receiving these calls. I will be getting on this website each week to move this to the top to let everyone know what a liar and bad businessman this man is. I'd love to see if he can grow the courage to call us since it's been impossible for us to get a hold of him. If anyone wants to talk about this matter you can call us at our shop. 303-988-5353. Thank you Danny Gruninger

Danny,

If this guy hosed you and your company than maybe take him to court on it. Hopefully you have a signed bill of sale.

And, for others reading this, you should always have one of these whether selling or buying that outlines what's being sold, conditions, payment terms, etc. Beware anyone who pressures you for a deposit before signing one of these. Additionally, email the forms to provide a digital as well as paper trail. It's the fair thing to do for both parties, I think.

I tend to avoid brokers more and more for the simple fact that they aren't actually aware of the condition (or, I guess in this case the existence) of much of the equipment they're selling. A reasonably detailed bill of sale should weed out the shady deals.

Thanks for the heads up on this one. I hope he mans up and refunds you all some $$$.

-Chris
