Mark Alves
Donnie Blackwell
Don Fenno
Justin Fisher
and the names can keep going....

Who are these people and are they all part of the same "company" or working individually?

Just curious.
This information is not true. life & Limb did get a judgment for $5,000 by sending the court papers to the wrong address, so i was never notified of a court case. This was all about a used compressor that stop working. It was never charged to him. When the compressor stopped working i offered him an other one free of charge he never respond. As for the other people listed i no longer have any connection with them.

I think at this point everyone knows that Mark Alves and Donnie Blackwell are people who do not understand business transactions. Mark can try to plead his case, but it simply will not work. He posted something here because he just spoke with my lawyer this morning. Ignorance does seem to find a way, but it will not succeed. Mark Alves is delusional and a thief. I am excited to say that my case against Alves is moving forward and he has his chance to make this right. If he chooses not to, which I was informed Mark Alves has no money coming in right now, then we will begin to close in.

First off - How does Mark Alves know it was sent to the wrong address if he "never received it"? Also, he received the first court notice and my lawyer sent the second notice to the same address....and interestingly enough after the second notice, Mark Alves did try and get the case dismissed. So he was well aware.
Secondly - He never offered me another compressor. I have his invoice showing what I paid for, and he did not deliver all of the equipment. It is very simple math here.
Third - Mark Alves mentioned to me that once I paid, there was no time limit on the deliverables. Meaning, he could deliver these items 10, 20 years down the road...which from what I understand, isn't the way it works.

I am stopping here until I get more updates on the progress. This is exhausting and I am wasting breath on scum.

Oh and Mark Alves - I do have a M&R Maxi-Cure dryer for sale if you'd like to purchase it. It's in great condition after spending a few thousand to fix it after you and Donnie installed it. Just thought you'd be interested. Feel free to give me a call. Email works to. Either way, it will be documented.

Are you suing these deadbeats? Mark Alves stole 4,000 dollars from me and wont give it back. I purchased a dryer from him and he ended up not having it and he simply decided to keep the money.

Would love to join in on your case and get this resolved as well, please message me!

Also please post Mark Alves address, we are sending court papers as well regarding the money he owes us.

We will easily win the court case as well, hopefully someone locks him up or takes away all his belongings and possessions pretty soon!

Same can be said about Donnie Blackwell, they both work closely together and scam people together. Would like to sue both of them.

Not to jack the thread too much but what is the website for ZSP? The reason I ask is Adam Craig Sarote now runs a website called www.digitalequipmentbrokers.com

He has robbed not only people in the US but also in other countries. He stole THOUSANDS of dollars from us...well over $50,000. It was completely disgusting what he did. You can also google Adam Craig Sarote and www.digitalequipmentbrokers.com and see he has been reported by several companies domestic and international. His current email is [email address] but that will change after he see's this thread index. He has no office and scams from his bedroom. All the stuff on his website comes from other real brokers websites like spbrokerage pics.

The best thing anyone reading this can do no matter how old this thread becomes is REPORT PEOPLE with their contact information everywhere so it gets indexed in search engines.

The other best thing you can do is buy an insurance policy called a PLANE TICKET and go there and check it out before you send any money anywhere. Then come up with a plan to pay the seller their money and broker separate commission.
