Gary,

I think this is an old ATLAS I used to have one 10 years ago as far as a value I am not sure maybe $500-600?

Atlas, check out the roller skate wheels.

Not the best, not the worst. Has micro's, but I wouldn't pay
more than $500 for it.

it looks to be an Atlas, in pretty good shape, maybe worth somewhere between $500.00 and $1000.00
