Has anyone privately emailed with this contact named "Lucy" from China?? THey want me to wire money and I'm not sure if this is a scam or not?? I talked them into only wiring $200 so that's not as risky and will send the rest after I receive the item in working condition. Better to be safe! Does anyone have any feedback for me before I purchase??

You would have to be absolutely insane to deal with this person. This person is supposedly a dealer in equipment yet will only accept straight cash sent to China. If I were you I would just find what you are looking for through some one more credible.
