Default Car show artwork question???

I would like to learn how to use a light table to basically freehand copy an image of a car and use it on a t-shirt. Does anyone know how to do this? Do I scan it to enter it into an artwork program or what? I'm pretty new at this.

Thanks!

You can do images on t-shirts but it depends what effect you're after. Remember that the image may be copyrighted.
