Default Careful what you write!

Client called this morning to complain about our "attitude" while clarifying a design.

Our Clarification: "Hello, are any of the white parts within the design to be embroidered or do you want the fabric to show through for those? Thanks!"

This happens often... the background is white so we really have no way to know what is thread and what the client would prefer left open unless we ask.

The offending part?: "hello"

HELLO, LIKE IS ANYONE THERE? Like HELLO, are you smart? hello knock knock. Helloooooo

really??!! really.

I am sorry, but if you are taking it that way... then what has happened in your life to make you do that? has "HELLO" been used that way often towards you? is there fire with that smoke? Angry much?

yikes.
