Change floppy to USB

I have a 1998 Tajima 15 head unit and want to change the floppy disk drive to USB drive. Can anyone suggest a good unit and where on line I can buy it. I see a lot of drives out there but I would like to get some feed back before I buy something I´m not familiar with.
