Hi,

Do you have a chenille machine, Tajima what brand????
When working with chenille there are many options that effect sew out, from the machine, to tensions, how your spools are setup. Having outside people digitize for you may create many poor chenille patches bacause of the setup of your machine.

We digitize in-house and do some for outside chenille companies. We have had issues with this problem the patch sews out great in our shop but not down the road.
