Chenille Digitizing

I am having some hard time with digitizing with Chenille, Does anyone do any type of chenille digitizing to help me with STANDARDS, as I am new to this I do not know what the standard height or loop length or overlap is etc. It is pretty easy to do the digitizing of the logo itself or lettering but figuring out how good the pile looks is very hard. If you do not know how to do this can anyone point me in the right direction?

Bumping this to the top.. apparently there is A LOT of interest in this topic by the over 1300 people who have looked at this thread!! yikes. So if anyone has any info on Chenille Digitizing please post something...?

Hi , which version and product of software are you using.
If you want general help I can provide it to you, I also have

do you know if there are any training videos on Chenille digitizing. I have Wilcom and the extra chenille added but don't know how to use it. I have purchased a new machine so I need someone to help me get started or I will hire someone to digitize to get me
past the first jobs.
