Default Color

Hello,
I have ran into a rather frustrating problem. Recently one of my customers reordered
mug and for some reason, they are not coming out the same color as the first batch.

In fact, I am finding that when I try to print/press tan colors, they are turning greenish.

Can anyone help me with this?

Thank you
