If your machine does have 5 volts then it is your color change control board. If you have your parts manual and can get me the part number I may have that one or can get it for you.

my surprise was that other cards stopped working T-1 and T-3

it was just a false connector contact

I have the same issue but I do not know how to check for voltage or where the board is located. I have looked elsewhere online but have not found any diagrams. Thank you
