Inkprint 60 lpe pad printing machine , electro-pneumatically opereted , controlled by a microprocessor , built to be fixed also on automatic lines. The prints obtained are of top quality and precision , even if performedon uneven surfaces both for shape and finish . The electronic logic that runs the model 60 lpe 2c , affords a lot of versatility and the following features can be performed :
prints in two colours with object steady
360° prints by revolving the object ( max diameter 50mm ) ,
prnt on two objects simultaneously ,
two prints, the second over the first , in situations where good surfaces coverage is needed
model 60 lpe 4c affords printing in four color process .
The system set-up is simplebecause ink cliché’ trays are movable in all directions with micrometrical adjustment and by request , it is possible to have opened ink-trays with inkingblades holder , or ceramic closed ink-cups. The cliches positioningis quick and easy , also with rotation +- 10° . An xyz support table with micrometrical xyz adjustments and rotation +- 15° allows a quick location of item to print.
A minimum maintainace is required. Operating the machineis simple and does not require highly specialized staff.
